From Monday 8th November 2021, we will be continuing to see fully vaccinated clients for face-to-face consults with no restrictions on clients inside the building.
We do require all clients to:
• Wear a face mask while inside the hospital
• Check in with our QR code at the front of house
• Show proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering
• Maintain social distancing.
Those who are not fully vaccinated will remain outside the hospital and we will operate as a contactless consult. Please phone reception or ring the doorbell when you arrive for us to come and collect your pet. The vet will then call to discuss the consultation and your pet will be brought back out to you.
