Our online form is a convenient way for you to request a food order for your pet.
Please provide as much detail as possible in your request. All fields are required unless marked optional.
We will contact you to clarify any details and to obtain payment, and again when your order is ready for pick up. All food orders must be collected within 3 days.
Please note:
- Special food orders can take up to 3-5 days to process.
- All orders must be paid for in advance via a credit card over the phone.
- A maximum of TWO (2) Prime 100 Crocodile and Tapioca 2kg rolls can be supplied per client per week.
- If a diet is unavailable, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible, and provide an estimated date of arrival.
